2025 Beef & Lamb Pricing

Our free-range, grass-fed beef and lamb are raised naturally along the Cowlitz River in Washington, with no added hormones or antibiotics.

The Beef will range in age from 18 to 30 months and the Lamb from 9 to 15 months in age at time of processing. To aid in budgeting you can plan on the average Dressed Weight of a Highland Beef of this age to be between 200 - 350 pounds and the Icelandic Lamb to be between 35 - 55 pounds.

The dressed weight price of a whole or half Beef for purchase, including processing, cutting & wrapping (PC&W) fee is $ 8.00 / pound.

The Lamb is, offered at $ 12.00 / pound.

These prices are based on standard processing, should you desire specialty services such as sausage, smoking or multiple steak thickness, additional fees will apply.

Our supply is limited, we recommend giving notice to reserve your selection as early as possible.

At time of processing, you will be contacted to determine your cutting and wrapping preferences along with any specialty requests you may desire. Payment for your order will be due when cutting & wrapping. Directions are provided up to two weeks before your order will be ready for pickup.
